1.0 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StrideHx mobile application or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
2.0 User Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
- Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- You are using the app for its intended purpose of maternal health support.
3.0 Privacy & Data Security
Your privacy matters to us. StrideHx maintains security measures designed to protect your personal and health information, including encryption in transit and at rest. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, and we handle your data in line with the privacy laws that apply to our users in the United States and Ghana.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.0 Prohibited Conduct
We expect users to interact with the app and one another with dignity. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading or transmitting malware or malicious code.
- Engaging in any form of harassment or bullying toward other users or our team.
- Attempting to reverse engineer the app or its underlying systems.
- Providing false medical information or impersonating a healthcare professional.
- Using the service for commercial solicitation without express written consent.
5.0 Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StrideHx and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Content you provide remains yours, but by submitting it, you grant StrideHx a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the services to you.
6.0 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall StrideHx, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
7.0 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Acceptance through Usage
By agreeing during account registration, or by continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using the Service.
